Site surveys are nessecary to determine what packages are available to you, and identify if any installation surcharges may apply. • Step 2: Once we confirm you are within our coverage area, a service technician may come to your location for signal evaluation, and determine the package options available to you.
• Step 3: Upon completion of the survey, your sales representative will contact you with the results.
• Step 4: Once you have selected your options and decide to proceed, we will schedule your installation .
