Technical Support Representative

Technical Support Representative shall provide technical and network problem resolution to customers by performing diagnostics while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.

  • Working with field technicians to visit customers if the problem is more serious.

  • Testing and fixing faulty equipments.

  • Verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, troubleshooting email or router issues.

  • Service and product inquiries.

Competencies:

  • Multi-tasking capabilities.

  • Establishes proper courses of action to ensure that work product is completed efficiently and on time/within proper time limits.

  • Maintains stable performance under pressure or opposition.

  • Knowledge of various software computer applications and equipment.

  • Exemplary attendance and punctuality.

 Position covers - Monday thru Friday 1 - 9 PM alternating Saturdays 10am-4pm.

Inventory Controller

Inventory Controller will be responsible for the coordination of all product inventory, and maintaining inventory integrity. The Inventory Controller works to minimize inventory discrepancies though use of Quick Books and managing the in-house warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle and control inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks.

  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of the warehouse management system.

  • Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies are addressed and resolved.

  • Provide administrative assistance to management team.

  • Coordinate unloading of equipment, organizing and maintaining supplies.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • At least 2 years of warehouse/inventory experience.

  • Organized and detail oriented.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in Quick Books.

Fibre Optic Installation Technician

Duties Include:

  • Installations, troubleshooting, and repairs for Fiber To The Home customers.

  • Provide a high level of customer service while also educating customers on the use of products and services.

  • Complete installs for new services and equipment for customers by installing fiber drops, network interface devices, in-home wiring, in accordance with MSO standards.

  • Recognize and understand how to configure the customer's equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/wireless router.

  • Connects home units to outside lines; runs or installs new lines as needed.

  • Inspects connected devices for proper working conditions.

  • Repairs lines as needed.

  • Adheres to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
