| Notice of Potential Service Interruptions Due to Tower Upgrades |
Outage notification: Restoration: 5:00pm Purpose: Upgrade/Maintenance Dear Valued Customer, We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about upcoming upgrades to our service towers in Walkerton and Dromore, which are scheduled to take place on Thursday, January 9, and Friday, January 10, 2025, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, weather permitting. During this period, some customers may experience short service interruptions. While not all customers will be affected, those who do may experience an outage lasting approximately one hour. Due to the nature of the work, we are unable to provide the exact timing of these interruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our services.
