TV programming services continually change. Recently, NBC Universal and Waner Bros. Discovery sold the rights to multiple channels formerly owned by Corus and Bell Media, to another provider. This sale of rights is outside of our control, but we wanted to ensure you understand how these changes impact our TV lineup.
Many of the shows will remain on the new channel launches. Plus, you will also have access to many new programs with hundreds of hours of new and exciting content!
If you have any of the channels noted above, they will be automatically replaced with the newly launched channels. If you have one of the channels that is being discontinued as part of your bundle selection, or a Pick & Pay option, please contact our Customer Care team to select another channel from our lineup.
Corus and Bell Media are replacing the channels noted above with the new options. Bruce Telecom is actively in negotiations with the content provider to relaunch the previous channel selections.
When the programming content changes, the TV guide schedule will change. Customers who have recordings scheduled on any of the affected channels may experience no future recordings after December 30, 2024. Recordings that have already happened will remain on your DVR until deleted or they reach the time out date.
This change will not impact your monthly bill. TV content is continually changing. Many of the same popular shows that you enjoy will be available on these new channels. If you would like to make any changes to your channel selections please contact our Customer Care team at 519-594-0946.
